This Kulfi is not to icy like others I have made, don’t make them to large is my advice, they are gorgeously rich. They are perfectly balanced. This evening, before I devoured the Kulfi I had Coriander Chicken with Mint and Pomegranate Raita. I am Extremely happy with both. This is a book to buy!
