One talented chef. I hope to one day eat at The Kingham Plough . I tried the crispy egg from her Waitrose Weekend recipe. I used a different salad, celleriac fennel tomato and ham. This was down to things in the fridge. I used the same dressing mustard lemon honey. I need to cook the egg less next time perhaps. I am guessing it should be a soft yolk. Still good though, visualy and taste wise.
