Curry paste, onion, ginger, garlic, water, Cauliflower, Paneer, frozen Peas, chilli powder, natural yogurt.
Brown the paneer first then remove it. Then fry the onion to light brown, then add garlic ginger cook until soft add chili powder fry for a minuet. Now add cauliflower and paste fry for a few minuets, add water a little at a time until cauliflower is cooked but still firm add peas and paneer cook until peas are done and paneer is warmed through. Now stir in the yogurt, until warmed. Season to taste.
If you have it, chopped mint or coriander or wild garlic or chives all go well on top or stirred though just before serving.
