Amazingly I couldn’t taste the sprouts, in the ones I made, spice was nice though. Bhajis take longer to cook than I thought. I will cook them until they are darker next time. 180 degrees is what you want, a doughy interior is what you dont want. Other recipes call for shaping the mixture, not mine, I like the rough look, with crunchy exterior. My recipe was totally vegan. Seriously go eat at Bundobust.com Manchester or Leeds.
